Town hall schedule

  • Fridays 6-7pm. In person beginner Yoga class with music and meditation, at the Grafton NH town hall. An introduction to the practice of Yoga, This class is slower paced than an all-levels class, focused on learning the foundational postures and proper alignment. Connecting mind, body and breath while building strength and flexibility in a safe and welcoming environment.

  • Mondays & Wednesdays 6-7pm. In person mindful Vinyasa Yoga class with music and meditation, at the Grafton NH town hall. This is an all-levels to moderate level practice. Flowing in and out of postures linking breath with movement, increasing strength, balance, and flexibility.

  • Private sessions for either style practice with music and meditation. Available in person or via Zoom by appointment only. Please contact via email. Yin Yoga is a more relaxed, slower paced, meditative practice. In this practice we hold the postures for 3-5 minutes and play with finding our edge! Vinyasa is a faster paced practice. Moving in and out of postures and combining breath with movement!
