Hi, I am Kristina Sargent, a 500hr Certified Yoga Teacher. I am dedicated to my own practice and continuing education. Practicing Yoga for 10 years, and teaching for 6 years, I have found a true passion for sharing Yoga with others.

I specialize in Vinyasa and Yin, focusing on increasing strength and flexibility in the mind and body, incorporating mindfulness meditation, positive affirmations, and breathing techniques. All classes are provided with music playlists that are curated to the theme of the class to create a full experience.

I find joy in connecting to nature through hiking with my sweet dog Vaya and other outdoor activities, as well as learning, cooking, and dancing.
