Hi, I am Kristina Sargent, a 500hr Certified Yoga Teacher dedicated to wellness and holistic health. Practicing Yoga for 10 years, I have found a true passion in teaching others.

I find joy in connecting to nature through hiking and other outdoor activities; as well as learning, self-discovery and cherished moments with my sweet dog, Vaya.
